Apakah SSD Mati? Tolong bantu!?

Pada titik ini, saya tidak yakin apakah SSD saya mati, atau apakah saya memiliki masalah lain.
Pada awalnya saya mulai mendapatkan ata COMRESET gagal (kesalahan =-16) saat boot, tetapi komputer akan boot dan berjalan dengan baik, kecuali kadang-kadang menggantung.

Saya pikir alasan kesalahan itu karena checksum tidak cocok karena unduhan yang buruk (ternyata Kubuntu menggunakan SHA256 daripada MD5 untuk checksum) dan mengunduh Kubuntu 16.04.2 lagi.

Sebelum menginstal ulang saya pergi dan menginstal Windows (maafkan saya Stallman) dan menggunakannya untuk memperbarui firmware SSD -Karena pabrikan tidak dan tidak akan menyediakan pembaruan untuk Linux, dan Windows tidak melaporkan masalah apa pun dengan drive karena saya memeriksanya beberapa kali, dan melakukannya dengan alat pembaruan (yang juga merupakan alat pemeriksaan), yang menyatakan bahwa SSD bersih.

Saya tidak ingin memperbarui bios karena dapat merusak komputer saya jika saya melakukan kesalahan.

Disk berjalan dengan baik dan tidak ada kehilangan data, dan satu-satunya indikator masalah adalah pesan yang terkadang ditampilkan ketika saya boot, dan ketika saya boot dari live disk, ini adalah bagian dari apa yang saya dapatkan sebelum boot ke mode live.

Apakah SSD saya sekarat? Saya memilikinya selama hampir satu tahun sekarang.
Saya terlalu takut menggunakan komputer saya, dan ingin memastikan bahwa disk baik-baik saja dan dapat digunakan atau mati dan perlu diganti.

Dalam semua kasus saya tidak menggunakan disk ini untuk penyimpanan data karena ini adalah drive kecil (hanya 111 GB) dan saya hanya mendapatkannya untuk membuat boot komputer lebih cepat dan menjalankan program lebih cepat.

Sejauh ini disk tampaknya berfungsi dan jumlah kesalahannya adalah 217. Mungkinkah ISO rusak yang saya unduh yang mulai sangat lambat dan kemudian saya harus mengubahnya agar berjalan lebih cepat?

Apa yang saya lakukan adalah menginstal pembaruan firmware SSD di bawah windows (karena kurangnya perangkat lunak oleh pabrikan) dan kemudian menginstal instalasi baru Kubuntu 16.04.2
