Cara Mengatur dan Menginstal Oracle Weblogic di CentOS 7

Dalam tutorial ini, saya akan memandu Anda tentang cara menyiapkan dan menginstal Oracle Weblogic di sistem operasi CentOS 7. Oracle Weblogic merupakan middleware tool yang banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan besar untuk melayani aplikasi yang menggunakan Java EE sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Dengan UI-nya yang keren, fitur-fitur yang telah terbukti seperti modul koherensi (untuk tujuan caching), pengelompokan basis data (untuk menangani beberapa koneksi basis data), Oracle Weblogic menunjukkan keunggulan yang cukup mengesankan dibandingkan dengan alat serupa lainnya seperti Apache Tomcat, JBoss, dan WebSphere. Seperti yang dinyatakan oleh Oracle sendiri, WebLogic menyediakan satu set lengkap layanan untuk modul-modul tersebut dan menangani banyak detail perilaku aplikasi secara otomatis, tanpa memerlukan pemrograman. Di bawah ini adalah contoh lokasi Oracle Weblogic dalam desain tingkat tinggi:

1. Catatan Awal

Untuk tutorial ini, saya akan menggunakan CentOS 7.4 dalam versi 64bit. Harap diperhatikan bahwa meskipun konfigurasi dibuat di bawah CentOS 7, namun langkah dan modifikasinya pada dasarnya sama saat menggunakan varian RedHat atau Oracle Linux. Alasan saya menyebutkan ini adalah sebagian besar penginstalan produksi untuk Oracle Weblogic akan menggunakan Oracle Linux sendiri sebagai sistem operasinya.

Pada akhir tutorial ini, kita akan berhasil memunculkan 2 node server yang akan bertindak sebagai Server Terkelola Weblogic yang dibuat oleh Server Admin Weblogic. Selain itu, kami akan menggunakan dasbor Server Admin untuk menggabungkan kedua Server Terkelola ke dalam grup cluster.

2. Tahap Instalasi

Karena tujuan Oracle Weblogic adalah untuk menyajikan kode aplikasi berperforma tinggi dalam bahasa pemrograman JAVA, cukup jelas bahwa penginstalan untuk server middleware itu sendiri akan memerlukan runtime java untuk dibangun. Oleh karena itu, untuk prasyarat penginstalan, kita perlu menginstal JAVA paket ke server admin kami dan dua node yang dikelola. Langkah-langkahnya seperti di bawah ini:

Setelah selesai, kami terus melakukan perubahan pada jalur lingkungan untuk membuat variabel Java_HOME di dalam setiap node server. Berikut langkah-langkahnya:

Untuk penginstalan database Oracle, penginstalan harus dilakukan menggunakan pengguna non-root. Itu juga berlaku pada instalasi Oracle Weblogic. Adapun kebijakan itu, untuk melanjutkan mari kita buat pengguna tambahan untuk menjadi pemilik Oracle Weblogic. Berikut langkah-langkahnya:

Sebelum kita melangkah lebih jauh, mari kita konfigurasikan variabel lingkungan untuk pengguna pemilik weblogic untuk variabel yang diperlukan. Di bawah ini adalah variabel praktik terbaik yang perlu ditetapkan:

Setelah selesai, mari buat file bernama oraInst.loc dan wls.rsp . Untuk nama file oraInst.loc:file ini diperlukan untuk menentukan lokasi inventaris selama instalasi Oracle Weblogic. Untuk nama file wls.rsp, ini opsional karena berfungsi sebagai file respons yang akan digunakan selama instalasi. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu kita akan melakukan instalasi dari command line interface (CLI), wls.rsp akan menjadi wajib untuk kita miliki. Saat semuanya sudah siap, mari lanjutkan dengan mendownload penginstal Oracle Weblogic. Anda dapat membuka URL situs web di sini dan memilih versi Oracle Weblogic favorit Anda.

Dalam kasus kami, kami akan melanjutkan dengan mengunduh Oracle Weblogic versi 12.1.3 karena sejauh ini merupakan versi paling mutakhir dan stabil (berdasarkan pengalaman saya saat ini). Berikut langkah-langkahnya:

3. Tahap Konfigurasi

Sekarang kita berada di bagian konfigurasi, akan ada 2 level konfigurasi yang perlu dibuat yaitu:

  1. Konfigurasi Weblogic
  2. Konfigurasi Domain

Untuk server Weblogic Administration, kita perlu membuat kedua konfigurasi tersebut karena perintah utama weblogic berada di bawah konfigurasi weblogic. Tetapi untuk setiap server terkelola Weblogic yang akan bertindak sebagai node instans, hanya perlu menyiapkan untuk Konfigurasi Weblogic karena selama inisialisasi domain, administrator dapat memutuskan node instans mana yang akan digunakan untuk domain proyek mana. Berikut adalah contoh sederhana cara kerja domain weblogic:

Untuk setiap server yang dikelola weblogic, Anda dapat membuat node instans sebanyak yang Anda butuhkan, ini tergantung pada alokasi sumber daya server Anda karena setiap node instans akan diarahkan ke domain proyek khusus. Untuk menunjukkan domain mana ke node instans mana yang dapat dengan mudah dilakukan oleh dasbor server administrasi.

Secara singkat, sekarang mari kita atur konfigurasi untuk weblogic dan konfigurasi domain untuk bagian server admin. Untuk mempermudah proses tutorial, kita hanya akan membuat 1 domain bernama TEST. Berikut langkah-langkahnya :-

Sekarang setelah bagian yang rumit selesai, Anda dapat bersantai, minum secangkir kopi, lalu membuat salinan HANYA konfigurasi Weblogic dan menempelkannya di setiap node server terkelola. Besar! Now we have successfully configured the weblogic services on the managed servers. You can do the process to other managed server and later we will define the cluster grouping from administration server dashboard.

4. Testing Phase

To ensure that our Weblogic architecture works as expected, we'll just apply a simple test configuration on our servers. For this test, we will open the Weblogic admin server dashboard and from the dashboard console itself we will add our 2 managed servers into the environment and define them as a cluster.

Now, let's open up our admin dashboard via http://172.17.0.6:7001/console . As mentioned before, for this test, we are've just creating only 1 DOMAIN which is TEST therefore the default port 7001 are dedicated for this domain. For multiple domains, the configuration can be seperated by its own dedicated port. Once you have launched the URL in the browser, you should see the console like below, enter the username and password that we've defined during configuration above. For this test, it's weblogic/Test1234 :-

Once you have login successfully, you will see a complete dashboard like shown below:

To proceed with our test, from the dashboard click on Environment -> Servers tab . You will see the results as shown like below which automatically the Weblogic Admin server already included inside TEST domain.

Next, click on the button , it will forward you to page below. Fill in the Weblogic Managed Server information like it's IP addresses and the weblogic port as per shown then click next.

After that, define the new cluster name you want to the click next. Remain others as per default like example below:

Great, now you've include an instance node inside your newly created weblogic cluster. Below are the example snapshot:

Now, let's bring up the instance node. For this case, we'll go back to CLI shell and start up the weblogic managed server like command we use before like below:

Once done, go back to admin URL and refresh the dashboard. You will see that now the instance node you've established are up and running. Below is the example screenshot:

Next, use the same process to add another Weblogic Managed Server into the defined cluster. As the final result, you will see all instance nodes you've added are up and running and in load balancing mode. Below is the example result:
