Sesuatu sudah berjalan di port 80, jadi ketika nginx mencoba memulai dan mengambil port itu gagal. Periksa untuk melihat apa yang berjalan pada port 80 Anda dan hentikan. Anda dapat mengetahui apa yang menggunakan port 80 dengan:
sudo netstat -lnp | grep 0.0.0.0:80
Setelah Anda menemukan port yang digunakan, lakukan systemctl stop untuk menghentikannya dan mencoba memulai nginx lagi. Ingatlah bahwa Anda harus menonaktifkan layanan lain tersebut secara permanen agar nginx berfungsi dengan baik.
